The Shalom Task Force Future Community Leaders (F.C.L.) is a Chessed Initiative designed for mature and sensitive female high school juniors and seniors who want to make a difference in their communities. This unique program will empower you to develop your leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the dynamics of healthy relationships and recognize what they should and should not look like. The initiative culminates in a powerful Awareness Event, planned and executed by you and the FCL student leaders in your school, bringing your new knowledge and passion to your school community.
